特寬幅剪毛機是天津佳德昌泰機械有限公司設計的寬幅剪毛設備，剪毛幅度寬達1600mm，是剪理毛皮毯子和人造毛皮的設備。

剪毛機剪毛輥刀裝有10片刀，轉速可調節，每秒鐘的剪毛次數能夠達到30~210次。輥刀轉速及送料速度都是數控裝置操控的。
